Since Unicorn Day, at the end of January, our new business has been flourishing in ways that we didn't expect so early in the game. To celebrate along with us, we want to share some of that success with you. We sold 55 plus unicorns on Unicorn Day and 20 plus, Unicorn slimes. Is that a thing? "slimes" 😂
Lucky March is here, we are 6 months in, and wow, we are lucky. Our social media accounts, our ads, and our new relationships with friends via social media, have given us lots of new customers. Because of back to back booking's in February, we have temporarily hired someone on a part time basis. There are 11 birthday parties booked in the month of March. WOW! That means 110 canvases and ALOT of paint! Let's not forget, that's 110 kids too. 🤪
Since Ally, from Mommypoppinsct, visited our studio in February, with her friend and their kids, and followed up with a fun blast on social media, we have seen so many new faces from the far corners of CT. Westport, Darien, Fairfield, Manchester, and Granby are a few places our customers are visiting from. We are thrilled with all our new friends.
Honestly, how would you really know about the behind the scenes, unless we tell you? We were ordering our regular supply of paint at about every 6-7 weeks, and now, we are ordering every 3 weeks. Our neon paint supplies increased from 3 jugs of paint to 6 jugs of paint . Clearly, our customers are enjoying their time in the splatter room, they are using up all the paint we give them! The satisfaction of throwing paint at a canvas, the walls, and themselves is the best. LOL! Our Glow-in-the Dark weekends are a huge success too. As you can see, people are really into throwing paint! More like eating paint!
One of our return customers decided to rent our entire space for a "Trash the Dress" party. It was catered with yummy food by Red Apple Catering with champagne, and best of all, a Dolce & Gelato cart, straight from NY. The whole purpose of her party was to commune with her besties, and throw paint at her wedding dress. This was a fun way to freely let go as a new divorcee.
