About the Role
- Greet customers with a warm and cheerful attitude and ensure a friendly, inclusive environment.
- Assist guests with instructions during art sessions (splatter room, workshops, etc.).
- Follow detailed instructions to set up and clean up activities, materials, and spaces.
- Work with children and adults during various art events, classes, and workshops.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio.
- Help customers with transactions, operating the cash register, and providing general assistance.
- Assist in preparing materials, canvases, and other items for art sessions.
- Collaborate with the team on special events and art projects.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Answer customer questions and provide information about studio services and events.
Requirements
Reliable transportation: Must have a reliable way to get to and from the studio.
Physical ability: Able to lift up to 25 lbs, stretch, bend, and stand for extended periods.
Attention to detail: Able to follow specific, detailed instructions and multitask efficiently.
Communication skills: Comfortable speaking with customers of all ages and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Friendly and upbeat: Maintain a cheerful and welcoming disposition, even during busy times.
Comfortable working with children: Patience and enthusiasm when engaging with young participants in art activities.
Team player: Willing to collaborate and assist fellow team members in all areas of studio operations.
